Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects worldwide for the entire electromechanical equipment of hydropower plants in the field of Large Hydro Power Plants.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring contract-compliant execution, compliance with specified project objectives (costs, deadlines, and quality), and functional leadership and control of the interdisciplinary project team.

You will also be responsible for change and claim management, project-specific opportunity and risk management, and control of essential influencing factors of the technology and interpretation of specification as well as contracts.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field of study. You should have multiple years of professional experience in handling international projects with complex contractual structures, especially in plant construction.

You should also have good knowledge in SAP, MS Office, and other project management tools. Fluency in English is a must, and German or other language skills are beneficial.

A structured and targeted way of working, a committed personality with above-average communication and strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%) are also essential for this role.
