Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive business partner for management, executives, and HR business partners focusing on global HR controlling.
  • Develop and enhance HR controlling frameworks (concepts, content, architecture, systems, processes) with dedication and ownership.
  • Elevate HR reporting throughout the Recruit to Retire process by embracing digital transformation.
  • Provide financial insights and analyses to management to support strategic HR initiatives and informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular analyses of personnel costs to identify control options, structural adjustments, and optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee global headcount and personnel cost planning during the annual budgeting process.
  • Facilitate the integration of HR Forecasting with Finance Forecasting.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance-oriented compensation models tailored to specific target groups.

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in operational controlling; familiarity with personnel controlling is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency, ideally with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (SAP HR, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to influence outcomes and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., Supply Chain Controlling, Accounting, IT).
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and robust analytical capabilities.
  • Engaging personality with a strong interpersonal approach.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
