Job Title: Controller (m/f/d) HR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller (m/f/d) HR to join our team at Döhler Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR controlling concepts, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic HR initiatives, and driving the integration between HR Forecast and Finance Forecast.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR controlling concepts, including content, architecture, systems, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Drive the integration between HR Forecast and Finance Forecast.
  • Manage global headcount and personnel cost planning within the annual budget process.
  • Support the further development and implementation of target group-specific performance-oriented compensation models.
Your Profile:
  • Several years of professional experience in operational controlling, with knowledge of personnel controlling desirable.
  • Technical affinity and proficiency in SAP modules (SAP HR, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a strong communication talent.
  • Ability to think cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Winning personality and engaging manner.
  • Fluency in English and German.
