We're a team of passionate individuals with extensive backgrounds in food tech, real estate, and hospitality. We're supported by prominent investors and business angels from the food sector.

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to work directly with one of our founders on various strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support key operational projects to prepare for scaling
  • Analyze data and create reports to drive decision-making
  • Streamline and document operational processes
  • Contribute to store optimization initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of new store openings
  • Collaborate on various cross-functional projects as needed
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide valuable insights
  • Help identify and implement operational efficiencies
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to get hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Ability to commit to a 3-6 month internship
  • Passion for the food industry and startup environment
