Role Responsibilities

Dive is in search of a dynamic C2C Marketing Lead who is innovative, creative, and data-driven. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of building strong communities from the ground up, possess the ability to design and execute growth strategies, and have a solid grasp of both content and product marketing. Familiarity with the audio industry is a plus. This role will focus on expanding our business presence in the DACH region and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the area.

Key Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

We need a digitally savvy marketer with a strategic mindset to elevate our growth trajectory in the DACH market.

  • Develop a branding strategy that resonates with the local audience.
  • Design, launch, and oversee a variety of content campaigns across multiple online platforms, including email, social media, podcasts, and partnerships with key opinion leaders.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual events in the DACH region.
  • Build and nurture grassroots communities for Dive in DACH.
  • Assist with managing public and media relations.
  1. Engage with influential media outlets and journalists to share stories about company initiatives.
  2. Contribute to event planning for top key opinion leaders.
  3. Collaborate on the creation of regular content such as press releases and thought leadership articles.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration with teams in the region and headquarters, effectively translating global strategies into impactful local campaigns.
