About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team at Scholz & Friends. As a key member of our Strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated social media strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the client's business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the client's overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Design, and Project Management, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on social media strategy, content creation, and campaign measurement to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with account managers and senior strategists to brief creatives and develop compelling social media content.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, including their values, mission, and target audience.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist who is passionate about social media marketing and has a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including their strengths, weaknesses, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their strengths, weaknesses, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
