Your Future Team
You will be part of the Accounting Hub at Allianz SE, specifically within the Investment Accounting team located in Unterföhring. This team is crucial for the reporting and accounting of investments, adhering to HGB and IFRS standards for various Allianz entities. Your contributions will be vital to the quarterly and annual financial statements of the Group, and you will assist in ensuring timely and high-quality reporting to regulatory bodies.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of evaluations for group reporting
- Support daily operations within the team
- Engage in projects and special assignments related to Investment Accounting
- Aid in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and HGB, as well as regulatory reports
What We Seek
Essential Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest or initial experience in accounting under IFRS and HGB, preferably with some background in accounting
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinker
- Enrollment in a university is required for internship and working student roles
- Submission of a certificate of enrollment is necessary for consideration
Preferred Qualifications
- High attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong analytical capabilities and enthusiasm for numerical data
- Experience in data handling and interpretation
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including data modeling; knowledge of Access is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Previous experience in project work, consulting, or the financial services sector is a plus
