Freestanding & Built-in Oven Product Platform Expert

To lead this effort, we have created a new position for a Freestanding & Built-in Oven Product Platform Expert. This position is full-time and will share the responsibilities outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the overall architecture design and research of freestanding and built-in ovens, ensuring platform versatility and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the team in reviewing and approving all structural designs for large ovens, ensuring they meet the company's quality and safety standards.
- Develop a product roadmap and technology strategy for large ovens over the next 3-5 years, driving innovation and overcoming core technical challenges.
- Conduct major technical scheme reviews and evaluations of key project stages, ensuring the correct technical direction and controlling risks.
- Address major market complaints related to large ovens, providing solutions and improving customer satisfaction.
- Establish and update design standards for large oven components, training the team on design thinking and best practices.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in large oven development, with experience working on leading international large oven products.
- Familiarity with oven product standards in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa markets, with experience in developing both gas and electric oven platforms.
- Membership in industry-standard organizations, such as the European Committee for Standardization, is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
