About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our platform's product strategy at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving our product vision and strategy, transforming platform insights into actionable product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our overarching product portfolio and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, R&D, Customer Support, and Marketing, to create and deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers
- Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, and data-driven insights to prioritize and develop product features and capabilities, expanding our use cases and customer base
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and product differentiation
- Foster strong relationships with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning on the vision and requirements for the platforms
- Represent and advocate for our platform products at external events, showcasing our innovations and engaging with the broader industry community
Requirements
- A university or college degree in Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology, or a related subject, or relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Management within a B2B software product environment, demonstrating success in shaping products for expanding markets
- Background in Enterprise Software management, including knowledge of requirements related to Enterprise Software, internal implementation, or at customer side, driving projects on selecting an appropriate Enterprise Software Solution
- Exposure to working with agile development teams and a proven ability to navigate between them and the customer or customer-facing departments' requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for translating both qualitative and quantitative data into compelling product strategies and concepts
- Strong communication and influence skills, with the confidence to represent our organization in diverse forums, both internally and externally
- A proactive, hands-on approach, coupled with a willingness to engage in multi-tasking and tackle challenges in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory
