  • You will analyze our clients' business scenarios and technical needs, enabling developers to craft tailored solutions using the Build.One platform.
  • You will provide guidance and counsel to our clients on effectively utilizing Build.One, as well as on planning and executing software development projects.
  • You will proactively generate solutions for client challenges by formulating migration plans, technical guidelines, or product enhancements.
  • You will foster trust with clients, ensuring a professional service and a positive customer experience.
  • You will serve as an advocate and authority on the functionalities and tools of the Build.One platform.
  • As a specialist in our product and client needs, you will share insights and knowledge with our product management, software engineering, sales, and partner teams.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience
    • You possess over 5 years of professional experience in the software sector, with a background in professional services or IT consulting.
    • You hold a degree in computer science or a related technical field, demonstrating a solid understanding of concepts such as object-oriented programming, inheritance, function calls, and SQL.
    • Experience with B2B clients in the enterprise sector, particularly within the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills
    • You are an exceptional communicator and listener, capable of conveying complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
    • You can collaborate across various Build.One teams to manage escalations, eliminate obstacles, and ensure clients can effectively adopt and utilize our platform.
    • You can initiate projects, develop milestone plans, and align with diverse stakeholders.
    • You are fluent in German and possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
    • Your work style is characterized by a strong customer service orientation.
  • Technical Skills
    • You have a solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON, REST APIs).
    • You have experience in software development using modern programming languages (such as JavaScript/TypeScript).
    • Familiarity with Progress OpenEdge and ABL is advantageous.
    • You are accustomed to assisting users in implementing new software through a ticketing system.
    • You possess strong presentation and documentation skills, along with technical knowledge of web technologies and APIs.
