Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Project & System Engineer to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing robust development and change processes in Siemens PLM TC within Editron.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and establish change management boards and waiver processes around all Danfoss Editron facilities
  • Moderate change management boards
  • Act as a PLM Super User and train others
  • Work together with the DPS SEHQ Management System team to develop and improve our DPS standards and processes
  • Become a SAP Super User for all Quality related processes
  • Potentially support product development projects as Quality expert
  • Gain alignment and approval from internal and external stakeholders
  • Interact closely with Engineering and Engineering Services Department on PLM improvements/changes
  • Participate in Best Practice Team meeting and act as Editron PLM Business representative together with Engineering Services
Requirements
  • Relevant technical degree - BSc or MSc in HW engineering or another technical field
  • Experience within a Product Lifecycle Systems, beneficially Siemens Team Center
  • Highly self-driven and hands-on approach in establishing new processes
  • Good command of English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in work related to new product development and release
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Familiarity with automotive standards (ISO16949, APQP - PPAP) and its Management Systems
