Join Our Team as an Assistant to the Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in all aspects of the job, including food preparation, presentation, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with staff and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing special events and projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree or certification a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
