About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Value Strategist to join our team at Sprinklr. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business value and growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Value Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement value-led engagement strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Create Custom Business Cases: Develop comprehensive business cases for key accounts, leveraging in-depth discovery and transformation recommendations to articulate business impact.
- Model Creation and Maintenance: Facilitate the creation of new value models for new products and ensure alignment with Go-To-Market teams for successful product launches.
- Thought Leadership: Drive internal and external thought leadership to position Sprinklr's platform and capabilities in specific industries and use cases.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver bespoke enablement strategies across theaters/divisions, focusing on leveraging self-service business case toolkits.
- Impact Reporting and Analysis: Deliver real-time reporting on business case adoption, tracking delta in win rates, deal size, and deal cycle length for opportunities that include business value.
- Training and Development: Provide continuous training and development on deliverable execution, regional support models, thought leadership, and other areas tied to career growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Value Consulting/Value Engineering with a leading software vendor.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to C-Suite audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tell compelling value-led stories.
- Outstanding presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
- Expert in building ROI models, business cases, value assessments, and points of view across a range of industries and clients.
- Self-starter with demonstrated flexibility and creativity when facing challenging problems or projects.
- Highly analytical and well-organized, with a strong thought process and mindset.
- Possess a passion for deriving insights from data and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally and collaborating across business units (Sales, Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, Product Marketing, Pricing, etc).
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, and/or a field focused on quantitative analysis (e.g., mathematics, engineering, sciences) preferred.
- MBA preferred.
