About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Sales Manager to join our Beauty Division at Buying Labs GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving category growth and enhancing our market positioning in the beauty segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the beauty segment
  • Negotiate with national and international customers to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our beauty category
  • Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize assortment presentation, trends, and brands
  • Collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Ensure close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, to act in the best interest of the company
Requirements
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management and a strong B2B customer network in the beauty industry, particularly in wholesale, retail, and trading
  • Passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, with high enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • Communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • Degree in management, business administration, or similar
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
