Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with key internal and external stakeholders involved in the Business Transformation (BT) initiative, including the Data Management Lead, Data Governance team, Data Management Cluster Leads, business data experts, and the Data Quality Lead.
- Formulate the Data Migration Mock planning and execution throughout the scheduled releases in the Business Transformation (BT) Program.
- Establish data concepts and mapping files throughout the entire lifecycle of each deployment phase, preparing necessary actions in line with the Migration Roadmap, while identifying and managing Data Migration dependencies during the migration stages.
- Assist the BT deployment team in defining data migration cutover activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and synchronize planned deliverables with the respective data owners within the BT program.
- Support project planning and management to ensure adherence to standard methodologies and frameworks concerning Data Migration Standards.
Your Profile:
- You possess a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a related field, along with several years of professional experience.
- Experience in leading a SAP Migration Project and in the functional or managerial oversight of (international) teams.
- Capability to develop and oversee all facets of the data initiative, including plans, interdependencies, timelines, budgets, and tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Master and Transactional data and their interdependencies.
- Strong understanding of SAP Data Structures, SAP S/4 Migration, LTMC, LSMW, and SAP BODS.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
