About the Role
We are seeking an analytical professional to join our EMEA Escalation Management & Prevention (EMP) Team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH. As a Risk Manager, Escalation Management and Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in investigating complex incidents of suspected infringement of intellectual property and other product abuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate complex incidents of suspected infringement of intellectual property and other product abuse
- Apply analytical skills to identify underlying issues and improve processes
- Partner with Amazon product and compliance teams to address root causes
- Launch programs and establish process controls to ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements
- Implement policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect customers, defend intellectual property, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent
- Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent
- Experience in program or project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
- Experience working with machine learning models and data science teams
