What You Will Do
  • Identify and select qualified subcontractors for mechanical and electrical installations
  • Oversee the procurement and preparation of external services
  • Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with the administrative team
  • Conduct audits and qualification assessments of service providers
  • Manage subcontractors' activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Expand and maintain a network of partners both nationally and in neighboring European countries
  • Foster relationships with external service providers to ensure seamless operations
What You Should Bring
  • A background in business or a technical field, or equivalent training as a Technical Specialist or Business Manager
  • Alternatively, training in Personnel Services within the technical sector
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical procurement or project procurement, with a solid understanding of contract law
  • Experience in subcontractor selection is advantageous
  • Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level
