Purchasing Specialist

As a (Junior) Purchaser at VollCorner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships. Your expertise will help us optimize our purchasing operations and drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
- Negotiation: Secure advantageous terms and conditions, including advertising cost subsidies and marketing initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial reports to meet revenue targets and enhance profitability.
- Assortment Strategy: Develop and implement strategic product assortments based on market analysis.
- Market Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Data Analysis: Create tools for data analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve purchasing processes for efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to meet deadlines.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or sales within the consumer goods sector.

- Strong understanding of the food industry, including seasonal trends.
- Proficient in business metrics and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and good proficiency in MS Office.
- High self-motivation and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in German at C2 level.
