Purchasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture supplier relationships to ensure optimal collaboration.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including advertising cost subsidies and marketing plans.
- Analyze financial data and business performance to meet revenue targets and enhance profitability.
- Design and implement strategic product assortments, considering market trends and consumer needs.
- Continuously assess industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Develop analytical tools to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Streamline purchasing processes for improved efficiency.
- Coordinate communication among internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Economics).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or sales within the consumer goods sector.
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities.

- Experience in supplier negotiations, pricing strategies, and assortment management.
- Solid understanding of the food industry, including seasonal trends.
- Proficient in business metrics analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel and competent in MS Office applications.
