Key Responsibilities:- Purchasing and Procurement: Source and purchase goods and services from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Management: Review and prepare contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring fair and competitive terms.
- Order Processing: Process orders according to guidelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices and terms, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage parts and supplier master data in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Project Coordination: Lead and implement internal purchasing projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Education: Completed commercial training with further education as a purchasing specialist or similar.
- Experience: Relevant experience in purchasing, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills in German and good English skills, proficient in SAP and MS-Office applications.
- Personal Qualities: Structured, team-oriented, and results-driven work approach, high level of reliability, independence, and good communication skills.
