Assistant in Category Management - Marketing, Production & Consulting

The Marketing, Production & Consulting division is tasked with acquiring services across various categories, including Consulting, Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, Fulfillment, Licensing, and Broadcast Production Services. As an Assistant in Category Management, your role will involve supporting procurement initiatives, formulating sourcing strategies, and keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, leading, and executing procurement initiatives in the Production sector, particularly focusing on Broadcast Equipment
  • Support the development of sourcing strategies for specific projects and within designated categories
  • Conduct market analysis on procurement trends, technologies, and cost structures
  • Collaborate with departments and legal teams to negotiate supplier agreements
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and promote synergy within the organization
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and seek out new alternatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with experience in procurement, particularly in Production/Broadcast Equipment
  • Strong negotiation abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • A collaborative team player with initiative and dependability
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office
