About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to join our team at Sirius Facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the planning, control, and coordination of all facility management activities in the Central Region of Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including business parks, in the Central Region of Germany.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of operations managers, technical operations managers, and property managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide support to the team in managing large-scale customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Successful completion of a commercial education or degree is an asset.
  • Professional certifications, such as an Immobilienfachwirt, are an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently, as required.
