Regional Manager for Commercial Property Management

As the Regional Manager for Commercial Property Management, you will oversee the strategic planning, management, and operational efficiency of all facilities within the Central 1 region of Germany. You will be accountable for the financial performance of the properties, lead a dedicated team of up to 10 professionals, assist in delivering exceptional service to major clients, and manage negotiations with service providers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial oversight and accountability for regional properties
  • Leadership of a team of up to 10 professionals
  • Facilitating superior customer service
  • Negotiating contracts and managing service provider performance
  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Fostering employee development through training and coaching
  • Continuous improvement of operational processes and property management
  • Acting as a liaison between properties and corporate headquarters
  • Monitoring and assessing market dynamics
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial property management
  • Completed relevant commercial training or degree
  • Real estate certification is advantageous
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Robust business acumen
  • Proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel as required
