Job Title: Technical Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Property Manager to join our team at SKILLs HR Experts GmbH. As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and management of our logistics and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our properties, working closely with our commercial property managers and asset managers.
  • Oversee and manage infrastructure and technical services, including building management and maintenance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters with tenants and service providers.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance and modernization projects, including minor tenant fit-outs.
  • Develop and monitor technical budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate service and construction contracts, review invoices, and approve payments.
  • Monitor building and equipment condition, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in the logistics and commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
