Position: E/E Vehicle Specifications Manager

We are BENTELER, a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of automotive innovation. We are seeking an E/E Vehicle Specifications Manager to become an integral part of our team, contributing to the advancement of autonomous transportation solutions that will transform mobility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute the internal documentation framework for E/E vehicle specification requirements
  • Organize, oversee, and assess the progress of requirement development initiatives
  • Define, sustain, and enhance the requirements management methodology
  • Assist in the formulation and evaluation of requirements
  • Serve as a key resource and mentor for inquiries related to processes and methodologies in requirements management
  • Represent the vehicle requirements management function during internal and external evaluations

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in automotive electrical/electronic development
  • Proficiency in utilizing requirements management tools (such as PREEVision)
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in automotive software development
  • IREB certification is advantageous
  • Proficient in both English and German
