Requirements Manager

Join us at BENTELER as a Requirements Manager and be part of our pioneering team that's shaping the future of e-mobility. As a key player in our Research & Development division, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing the internal document structure for E/E vehicle requirement specifications. Your tasks will include planning, monitoring, and tracking requirement development activities, as well as providing support in requirement development and requirement reviews. You'll also act as a contact person and coach for process and method questions in requirements management, and represent vehicle requirement management in internal and external audits. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have completed studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, and have professional experience in automotive E/E development. You'll also need to be familiar with common standards and norms in automotive software development, such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434. If you have IREB certification, that's a plus. Good English and German language skills are essential, as you'll be working with international teams and communicating complex technical information.
