About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager E/E to join our team at HOLON, a BENTELER spin-off. As a Configuration Manager E/E, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing the internal document structure for vehicle configuration management, planning, monitoring, and tracking configuration development activities, and representing vehicle configuration management in internal and external audits.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the configuration management process, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE standards.
- Provide support in configuration development and configuration reviews, ensuring that all documentation meets the required standards.
- Act as a contact person and coach for process, method, and tool questions in configuration management, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Represent vehicle configuration management in internal and external audits, ensuring that all documentation and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in configuration management, with experience in the automotive industry. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in configuration management for automotive projects, specifically in the context of ISO 26262 compliance.
- Knowledge of common standards and norms in automotive development, including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
- Structured, proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work approach, as well as communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English and German language skills in spoken and written form.
