Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our team. As a Requirements Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the internal document structure for E/E vehicle requirement specifications, planning, monitoring, and tracking requirement development activities, and providing support in requirement development and requirement reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the requirements management process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
- Provide expertise in requirements management and tooling
- Represent vehicle requirement management in internal and external audits
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Professional experience in automotive E/E development
- Experience in handling of requirements tool (PREEVision)
- Experience in requirements management
- Knowledge of common standards and norms in automotive software development (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434)
- IREB certification is beneficial
- Good English and German language skills in spoken and written form
