Lead Consultant in Environmental Sustainability

Your Responsibilities

- As a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in Environmental Sustainability, you will take charge of consulting or auditing projects in areas such as the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance, climate change, or human rights.
- Engaging with decision-makers in relevant sectors to strategically advance and implement topics like sustainability KPIs and objectives, cross-organizational structures, or emerging legal requirements is also part of your role.
- You will drive the integration of sustainability into corporate governance frameworks and shape processes for managing and reporting on non-financial issues.
- Your role will also involve contributing to product development and overseeing new client acquisition.
- To become a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in Environmental Sustainability, you should possess a degree in business, natural sciences, or engineering.
- A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in sustainability auditing and consulting is required, with a focus in a specific area being advantageous.
- Having passed the auditor examination is a plus.
- Experience in project and team leadership is essential.
- A strong passion for sustainability, non-financial information, auditing methods, complex challenges, and sales is expected.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, excellent English skills, as well as flexibility and mobility are prerequisites.
