About Valuecase

We are a leading SaaS startup in the revenue growth space, enabling businesses to win and onboard customers more efficiently. Our innovative technology and expertise help revenue teams across the globe to optimize their sales processes and achieve their business goals.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our commercial team in Hamburg. As a key contributor to our growth journey, you will be responsible for winning new customers and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our founders and commercial team to develop and refine our sales processes and playbook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from sourcing to closing deals, and deliver presentations to senior executives that outline the opportunity, product solution, and business case to drive buying decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business initiatives, challenges, and objectives, and hold an individual revenue target for closing new deals.
  • Lead contract negotiations with our customers to drive significant business value and actively refine the sales process and sales assets, such as our playbook.
  • Be creative and proactive, sourcing part of your pipeline (25-50%) and converting existing inbound leads (50-75%), and champion our product as an evangelist.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated great attainment of numbers as an Account Executive before, with 2-5+ years of experience in selling SaaS products, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Ability to present and summarize on executive level, both internally and with customers and prospects, and a hunter personality who wants to self-source parts of their pipeline.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English, with German and/or French being a strong plus, and willing to come to the office in Hamburg on a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
