Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our HR Administration team by undertaking operational, organizational, and administrative tasks within the HR domain.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and archiving to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support efficient and transparent processes, including document management and personnel administration tasks, while also generating and maintaining statistics.
  • Proactively identify tasks that require attention and take initiative to address them independently.
  • Engage in a diverse range of responsibilities, with opportunities to explore and discover your potential.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the aforementioned areas is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • Comfortable with IT tools and possess a structured, self-directed work approach.
  • Must plan to continue studies for at least two more semesters.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A positive attitude, quick learning ability, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential, aligning with our corporate values.
