This role is situated within the Fluence Digital business unit, where our IQ platform utilizes advanced AI, price forecasting, portfolio optimization, and market bidding to maximize the participation of energy storage and flexible generation assets in wholesale electricity markets.

Your Responsibilities - Challenging and Future-Oriented

  • You will assist our HR Operations Team by taking on operational, organizational, and administrative tasks within the HR domain.
  • You are passionate about efficient and transparent processes, supporting activities such as document management, personnel administration, and statistical reporting.
  • You possess a keen eye for identifying tasks that require attention and are excited to tackle them independently.
  • Administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and archiving are tasks you handle with ease.
  • Technology and IT do not intimidate you; rather, you embrace them.
  • Our tasks are diverse: experimentation and self-discovery are encouraged.

Your Qualifications - Solid and Relevant

  • You are pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • This field is broad, engaging, and challenging: you have already gained initial experience in the aforementioned areas.
  • You demonstrate proficient and routine skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • You are comfortable with IT, possess a structured approach to work, and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • You reside in the Erlangen-Nuremberg metropolitan area and are willing to work at least one day a week in the office.
  • You have recently commenced your studies and plan to continue for at least three more semesters.
  • Excellent German and English language skills are essential, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
  • Importantly, you possess a positive attitude, quick comprehension, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges—aligning with our corporate values.
