IT Business Process Manager

Job Summary:
The IT Business Process Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the Quality Information Management System (QIMS) for all QA laboratories in 3 different locations. This includes configuration, permissions, setup, and continuous improvement to meet current and future business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for existing QIMS application for all QA laboratories
- Responsible for QIMS configuration, permissions, setup, and continuous improvement
- Collaboration with QIMS power users and JTI Global IT teams to gather business requirements
- Implementation of new business processes in QIMS
- Collaboration with all QIMS power users and JTI Global IT teams to ensure detailed documentation of requirements
- Implementation of online data collection for QA laboratory instruments
- Creation of new analysis reports with ART (Advanced Reporting Tool) QIMS module
- 1st level support for QIMS users' community
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or technical/scientific field
- Sound working experience in similar roles, including development and/or administration of complex Microsoft SQL database applications
- Strong knowledge in on-line data acquisition, data management, and T-SQL based advanced reporting
- Business focus, sound analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
