Healthcare IT Support Technician

Your Responsibilities:

  • As a vital member of our Healthcare IT Support Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, particularly hospitals and their IT departments, assisting them in the effective utilization of our JiveX products.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and availability of our software solutions through remote access.
  • Your role will involve independently managing service requests, from initial analysis through to problem resolution and documentation.
  • In cases requiring 3rd level support, you will take the initiative to collaborate with the development team or other specialists to resolve issues.
  • As a key contact for our systems, you will also act as an internal resource for your colleagues, sharing your expertise to aid in the ongoing development of our products.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you possess demonstrable experience in supporting IT systems and applications within medical environments. However, we also welcome applications from newcomers and individuals transitioning into this field.
  • You exhibit a confident, approachable, and communicative personality.
  • Fluency in German and basic proficiency in English are essential.
  • Your work is characterized by a quick understanding and a keen curiosity, enabling you to easily adapt to modular IT products.
  • You take pleasure in tackling complex challenges and are committed to finding effective solutions.
