Healthcare IT Support Technician

Your Responsibilities:

  • As a member of our Healthcare IT Support Team, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, particularly hospitals and their on-site IT departments, assisting them in utilizing our JiveX products effectively.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and availability of our software solutions through remote support.
  • You will independently manage service requests, from initial analysis to resolution and documentation.
  • In cases requiring 3rd level support, you will take the lead in collaboration with the development team or other specialists to resolve issues.
  • As a key contact for our systems, you will also provide internal support to your colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of our products.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you possess experience in supporting IT systems and applications within medical environments, although we also welcome individuals new to the field or those looking to transition careers.
  • You exhibit a confident, friendly, and communicative demeanor.
  • You are fluent in German and have basic proficiency in English.
  • Your work style is characterized by quick comprehension and curiosity, allowing you to easily adapt to modular IT products.
  • You enjoy tackling complex challenges and strive for resolution.
