Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and partners to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead the tendering process for new logistics solutions, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the administration system for logistics operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of information and processes.
  • Contribute to the achievement of P&L targets by managing and reporting costs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improve service quality.
  • Manage cross-functional projects powered by data-driven insights to drive business results.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality within the logistics network.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, finished vehicle logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with external partners and manage them independently.
  • Fluency in English; German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge and existing network of contacts within the automotive logistics industry is a plus.
