IT Order Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling of appointments for both current and prospective customer orders across various departments through effective communication, both written and verbal.
Coordinate and organize service visits for technicians in partnership with clients, ensuring optimal resource utilization and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with multiple departments and teams to ensure smooth coordination.Oversee the processing of orders and maintain accurate documentation within the CRM system.
Address urgent matters related to time-sensitive orders.
Conduct research and gather relevant information for effective order management.
Qualifications:
Educational background in business or technical disciplines, or equivalent experience.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector.
Prior experience in dispatching is beneficial.
Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
Exceptional communication skills in German.
