IT Services Procurement Specialist

Join our initiative to streamline and digitize the acquisition of IT services. We are in search of a committed team member to assist in strategic sourcing. This position involves more than merely procuring IT services – you will work closely with various departments to enhance procurement workflows. If you possess expertise in sustainable sourcing and fostering effective supplier partnerships, consider becoming a part of our team as an IT Services Procurement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the strategic sourcing of IT services.
- Improve current procurement workflows throughout the organization.
- Support the development of contract templates in collaboration with the Legal department to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to company policies.
- Execute and advance digital sourcing strategies.
- Lead negotiations on pricing and contracts while ensuring effective process execution.
- Negotiate framework agreements and supply contracts.
- Conduct thorough supplier management, including assessments and implementation of development initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing organizational system metrics for management insights and purchasing oversight.
- Degree in economics, technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in strategic sourcing within an IT service organization.
- Strong IT proficiency and understanding of digital technologies.
- Experience in managing Managed Service Providers in the IT services sector.
- Excellent analytical abilities, practical mindset, communication skills, and negotiation capabilities.
- Process-oriented approach.
- Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
