Position: Global Product Manager (m/f/d) – Peritoneal Dialysis

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the identification of market opportunities, product specifications, and strategic planning for a recognized automated peritoneal dialysis (APD) cycler and its related equipment.
  • Conduct and utilize market research, competitive assessments, and user requirements from various global regions, collaborating with regional marketing teams and other customer feedback sources as necessary.
  • Assist in formulating business strategies to secure resources for the development and commercialization of a consistent stream of new or updated product offerings or to penetrate new markets.
  • Champion product innovation with enhanced value propositions aligned with market and business demands.
  • Steer global strategies for the peritoneal dialysis product portfolio and implement cost-reduction initiatives as required.
  • Perform competitive evaluations to shape global product strategies and inform competitive positioning.
  • Provide continuous operational support to markets, addressing supply chain challenges, commercial launches, tenders, upgrades, etc.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for product commercialization across relevant products and regions, ensuring comprehensive internal training on product launches and guidance for regional marketing teams to create tools for effective product introductions and adoption.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related scientific discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience in the MedTech sector in roles related to product management, strategy, development, or upstream marketing is preferred.
  • A proven history of collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining development programs, and launching new products is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and guide cohesive, productive teams.
  • Business insight and robust analytical skills combined with a highly adaptable mindset and the capacity to think critically and creatively.
  • Willingness to work in a highly diverse intercultural environment.
  • Readiness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-30%.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
