About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our EMEA team of Property Risk Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on risk management matters related to property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and brokers to develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead field-engineering visits and partner with clients to develop long-term relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve risk selection and grow a profitable book-of-business

About the Team

Our team is a diverse group of engineers located across EMEA, with a high level of entrepreneurial spirit, energy, and expertise. We are seeking a team player who is actively contributing to the team result and spirit.

About You

  • University degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
  • Strong property loss prevention background (more than 5 years at a reputable property risk engineering provider)
  • Service-mindedness for internal and external partners
  • Self-confident with excellent presenting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills with high affinity to technology, data analytics, and digital solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with business sense and flexibility, focused on delivering results
  • Excellent oral and written German (first language or business proficient) and English skills; additional language skills helpful
  • Willingness to travel – mainly within Europe
