Job Overview

Focused on the Financial Services sector, you will leverage the extensive capabilities of PS' offerings and the advantages of our broader Publicis Groupe network to uncover new opportunities, engage new decision-makers, and devise innovative strategies that assist our clients in transitioning to a more digitally enabled future, positively influencing their operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage relationships with multiple clients, acting as their primary PS representative and ensuring sustainable year-over-year growth. Utilize industry insights to formulate actionable strategies for clients' digital business transformation journeys. Build connections at the C-suite level to influence and drive comprehensive transformation initiatives. Oversee the PS Account Plan and maintain a holistic relationship with each client to achieve targeted sales and revenue growth, alongside project satisfaction. Create a relationship map, establish a 3–5-year vision and strategy, and execute tactical plans to promote the full PS portfolio. Cultivate deeper engagements with customer executives beyond the CIO through marketing initiatives, thought leadership, account references, and media opportunities. Develop proposals and negotiate agreements that yield mutually beneficial outcomes for both PS and its clients. Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives, ensuring contractual agreements align with defined commercial goals. Manage delivery expectations and satisfaction by coordinating relevant delivery stakeholders. Advocate for clients internally, ensuring all opportunities are accurately represented and forecasted in the PS CRM pipeline to enhance visibility and cross-selling opportunities across practices, capabilities, and alliance partners. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PS' go-to-market offerings and solutions, brand and network development, cross-client business lines, and industry trends. Promote cross-selling across our various services, solutions, and capabilities. Exhibit exceptional performance and results in achieving goals, account management, diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovation, and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community. Manage internal PS stakeholders and assemble a dedicated, virtual team of experts to align our offerings with client priorities. Contribute to the Global Client Partner community and Growth Force community strategies, sharing best practices, case studies, and educational resources.

Required Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in the Financial Services industry and professional services, demonstrating success and growth as an account manager or client partner. Proven track record managing large accounts with revenues of €3 million. A commitment to leadership, equality, and societal impact. Ability to foster Trusted Partner-level relationships with C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders through a strong industry perspective and understanding of client needs. Strong global leadership skills to manage a team of up to 20 and drive change while inspiring and developing others. A proactive learning mindset and dedication to continuous improvement, including adaptability and pursuit of excellence. Flexibility and mobility to work in a hybrid environment as required by the role.
