What You Can Expect
In this role, you will oversee the complete sales cycle and serve as the primary contact for our global clientele. Your involvement will span from the initial outreach to the drafting of proposals, culminating in the successful finalization of contracts. Post-contract, you will facilitate a seamless integration for our clients into our systems and guide them through the onboarding journey.
Your responsibilities will include crafting innovative sales strategies, collaborating with our international sales team to implement these ideas effectively. This may involve launching sales initiatives and broadening our sales network. You will also be tasked with formulating, executing, and adjusting region-specific sales tactics to meet established objectives.
Additionally, you will explore further sales prospects and bring them to fruition. A key aspect of your role will be to mentor and empower our international sales teams, equipping them with the necessary training, resources, and tools to enhance their lead generation capabilities.
What Makes You Stand Out
You possess a degree in business administration or a similar field and have accumulated experience in roles such as sales manager or sales representative. Ideally, your background includes exposure to the automotive, IT, or logistics sectors, providing you with a solid technical understanding and interest in logistics.
