Key Responsibilities


As a Commercial Legal Advisor at DKV Mobility, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's legal strategy and supporting its growth.


Here are some of the key responsibilities you will undertake:


Legal Affairs

  • Serve as the primary contact person for legal affairs of Group companies and business units, focusing on Sales, Energy, Toll, and Purchasing.
  • Advise sales units on product sales, including software, and negotiate large-volume customer contracts.
  • Review and negotiate procurement contracts to ensure compliance and optimal terms.
  • Develop legal structuring options for new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion.
  • Support special projects with group-wide significance from a legal perspective, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Manage work processes independently, handling legal issues with autonomy and responsibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Completed state examinations in law, ideally with distinction.
  • Experience in commercial, sales, or procurement areas, or a strong interest in these fields.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and process-oriented approach.
  • Strong business fluency in written and spoken German and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Initiative, commitment, and a talent for organization, with a proactive and empathetic personality.
