Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Growth to continuously improve and implement global sales standards and methodology within HRS markets. The successful candidate will drive sales professionalization, enhance standardized sales processes, and develop performance management programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and enforce standardized sales processes from lead generation to deal closure and implementation.
  • Define and monitor a comprehensive framework of SaaS sales KPIs that measure performance at each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Develop performance management programs and incentive structures for sales teams.
  • Analyze and benchmark sales progress, identify strategic areas for improvement, and determine necessary process adaptations or training requirements.
  • Establish global standards for sales reviews at team, market, and global levels.
  • Facilitate a global platform for sharing best practices and market/competitor insights.
  • Support managing directors in markets with quantitative insights to develop local go-to-market strategies.
  • Own strategic projects and workstreams within the HRS Group from concept to realization.

Requirements

  • Outstanding academic degree in Business Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations leadership, sales methodology, and sales process development.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, quantitative, and structured approach to work.
  • Enthusiasm for solving complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations.
  • Passion for working in a pragmatic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (German is a plus).
