Operational Excellence and Performance Management Specialist

As a specialist in Operational Excellence and Performance Management, you will work independently on projects aligned with the themes of FraAlliance GmbH, focusing on enhancing processes, products, services, and experiences at the interface between Fraport and Lufthansa.

  • Contribution to strategic and operational projects in terms of topic identification, conception, planning, and execution.
  • Support in developing innovative and customer-centric processes, products, and services along the value chain – from idea generation to implementation.
  • Research, analyze, and present insights on market trends, products, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Creation of engaging presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Assistance in organizing internal and external events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations and reports to stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.

Requirements:

  • Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business, Marketing, Design, Tourism, or related.
  • Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship within the standard time frame of the program.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
  • High level of initiative, communication, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office; excellent German and English language skills.
