Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Institutional Risk team at ANZ Frankfurt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and control of operational risk across our business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize operational risks and losses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including MaRisk and BAIT (DORA), as well as internal risk policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit risk control reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze risk data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
- Provide subject matter expertise on risk management and mitigation strategies to business units.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong experience in operational risk management, including outsourcing and control.
- Knowledge of relevant German regulations, including MaRisk and BAIT.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in German language essential.
