Your Responsibilities
If you enjoy collaborating in a vibrant, inclusive team and are eager to expand your knowledge in communications and change management within the Finance sector, the Business Area Controlling (BAC) team is an excellent fit for your development.
As a member of the BAC core team, your tasks will include:
- Contributing to the agile transformation of a key GFA function
- Assisting the BAC Leadership Team in managing controlling initiatives and change management efforts
- Creating engaging communications that simplify complex topics for the team
- Coordinating team events such as All-Employee Meetings and social activities for over 390 employees
- Helping to produce the quarterly BAC Newsletter and maintaining an informative BAC SharePoint page.
Your Profile
You will be an ideal candidate if you can affirmatively respond to most of the following:
- You possess a keen interest in change management and communication, particularly in Finance and Controlling
- You demonstrate reliability and professionalism in your work
- You thrive in a team-oriented environment and appreciate constructive feedback
- You exhibit strong strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking abilities
- You have some experience in Finance/Controlling or change management, possibly through your academic pursuits
- You have basic design skills and familiarity with design software
- You are in the latter stages of your academic program
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
