Controlling and Accounting Assistant

About the Role
The Business Area Services (BAS) Controlling team at SAP is seeking a working student to support the Project Controlling team in various initiatives. As a working student, you will be responsible for supporting the team in controlling and accounting related topics, such as month end closing, forecasting, master data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Controlling team in controlling and accounting related tasks, including month end closing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Assist in project support across various initiatives in BAS to ensure adequate quality through data consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the project teams in project planning, rollout, and monitoring phases, and report on progress.
- Contribute to the creation of process documentation and publication on SAP internal platforms.
- Interact and communicate proactively with team members, managers, and other internal customers in an international environment.
Requirements
- Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences of business administration, business information systems, or adjacent disciplines.
- First working experience in Finance & Controlling is a plus.
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint) is a requirement. First experiences in Business Intelligence systems are advantageous.
- Team player with good communication skills, but also with the ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and process-oriented thinking pattern.
- Time management skills and able to work under pressure.
- High customer-orientation coupled with pronounced quality awareness and preciseness.
