About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our transaction log from scratch, replacing our legacy system. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products in the payment industry, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our business success. Your expertise in product management, agile methodologies, and leadership will play a crucial role in leading your development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering EFT transaction data (Electronic Funds Transfer) for the retail and e-commerce sectors.
  • You will develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features, add-ons, and initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • You will navigate between business and technical contexts, collaborating with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the product roadmap.
  • You will coordinate and plan product releases, work with development teams to set milestones, and manage your products using KPIs.
  • You will have a trend and innovation radar, gathering ideas for new products from market trends, customer feedback, and our competitive landscape to refine and adapt the product roadmap, making informed decisions about product improvements and optimizations.
  • You will work closely with the Go-To-Market team to delight customers with modern products and support internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
Requirements
  • You have proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in a technology-driven company or SaaS startup.
  • Ideal experience in the payment, fintech, or banking sectors, including both retail and e-commerce environments.
  • You are familiar with agile working in a rapidly changing industry and have a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • You have excellent knowledge of complex and interdisciplinary technical project management and your technical knowledge of payment processing is excellent: API integration and transaction processing.
  • You are able to develop products from scratch while interacting with users and customers.
  • You demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills when working with engineers at a high technical level and are able to motivate cross-functional software development teams with your positive attitude.
  • You have excellent communication skills: you speak English fluently at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
