Product Manager - Solvency Risk & Creditworthiness Assessment

We're on a mission to revolutionize the fintech industry, and we need your expertise to make it happen. As a Product Manager in our Customer Risk team, you'll be responsible for developing our central risk decision platform in e-commerce and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development activities for solvency risk, including prioritization, product discovery, and delivery across multiple product lines
  • Drive end-to-end product development, working alongside our engineering, risk steering, data science, and product experience teams to identify and implement innovative solutions
  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for solvency risk mitigation strategies across the customer lifecycle
  • Gain deep knowledge of the market and competitive landscape, internal stakeholders, and tech setup
  • Spread the product vision and strategy, foster technology-enabled innovation, and ensure alignment with our overarching product strategy
  • Identify and assess new technological solutions, data sources, and providers for risk assessment, credit scoring, and creditworthiness data

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager/owner in payments, e-commerce, or banking, ideally in risk management
  • Experience in solvency and creditworthiness assessments of individuals from retail banking, consumer finance, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for hard problems, recognizing key dependencies across teams and considering business constraints
  • Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation and change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent skills in analyzing and leveraging data for structured decision-making
  • Familiarity with agile software development practices and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to move quickly and decisively to resolve urgent problems
